No smoking inside the house, both terrace or the front of the house near the entrance. 新General Note. Pets are not allowed. Please refrain from having a party and event here. Please do not to bring your friend(s) when I am not on the premises. Basically this is an office and shared accommodation, so please keep and respect other people’s privacy as well. Thank you for your cooperation! Check-in & Check-out time should be within 10am till 7:00pm (ie. During my office hours) The 3rd floor is my office, so please do not enter any time. If you would like to talk to me, please feel free to call me from the downstairs. Because the house is located in a quiet residential area in Kitano, please be quiet when you are at home and when you come home, especially in night. In case, if you are using a car, please do not park your car near the house on the road, it’s prohibited by law. Please use a coin parking nearby. If you left your belongings behind, I am happy to post it to you. However the postage is at your cost. So please make sure you do not leave anything behind when you check-out. The rubbish day is Tuesday and Friday, so please put your rubbish from your room into the bin in the kitchen the night before on those days. The kitchen, the bathroom and the toilets are common areas. Your curtesy to share and clean after you used would be greatly appreciated.
